3. INQUIRIES DO NOT CREATE A BOOKING

Submitting an inquiry form, sending an email or text message, scheduling an informational call, or otherwise contacting Release Your Siren does not by itself reserve a photography session, event date, product, experience, or other service.

A photography experience is considered booked only after all booking requirements communicated by Release Your Siren have been completed. These requirements may include a signed client agreement, required payment, or other applicable booking steps.

Availability is not guaranteed until a booking has been confirmed.

4. CLIENT AGREEMENTS CONTROL PHOTOGRAPHY SERVICES

These website Terms are separate from any photography agreement, booking agreement, model release, image release, payment agreement, event agreement, or other contract you may enter into with Release Your Siren.

Specific photography services may be governed by separate written agreements that address matters such as:

Cancellation and rescheduling policies

Image selection and delivery

Nothing on this general website Terms page changes or replaces the cancellation, rescheduling, payment, or refund provisions contained in an applicable agreement.

8. PHOTOGRAPHY, PRIVACY, AND IMAGE-SHARING PERMISSION

Booking or participating in a photography experience does not, by itself, grant Release Your Siren permission to publicly display or use your photographs for marketing.

Image-sharing permissions are governed by the applicable photography agreement, model release, image release, or other written authorization.

Depending on the options offered for a particular session, clients may be able to authorize full image sharing, selected image sharing, anonymous image sharing, or keep their photographs private.
